This is the FIRST modern home that I have built from the ground up. And I have to say that I am quite pleased with how it turned out! This beautiful masterpiece has 3 bedrooms (with room for more if needed), and 5 bathrooms. It sits on a 30X30 lots and costs 239,411 Furnished and 127,196 unfurnished. If you are looking for a new way for your sim's to live, or are looking for a work of art in your city then this is the home for you!
