Well well well thanks to the fabulous AnyGameStarter from Numenor, I've been able to create a starter home compatible with base game so that more of you can enjoy it!! So first of all I give a special thanks to Numenor

This house is a nice cute style family starter, and will cost 19,986.

Living Room/Kitchen/Diner
Bathroom
Single Bedroom
Master Double Bedroom

I hope it's a good starter home for your sims to move into! Enjoy
