I was in the mood to make a large house that could be used for legacies or fit the whole family, including the grandparents. I wanted to make it an old house that was updated, but then it had a huge addition off of the back. So I started with a 12x8 foundation and built a smaller house, then I added the back addition. In the original house there was 2 Bedrooms and 1 Bathroom. The addition adds 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a garage, laundry, and a family room. You can see where the addition was added with the foundation, because the old house's foundation is stones while the new foundation is cement. Also, the original doors, windows, archways, etc. have been restored. But since they are pretty old, the new doors and windows don't exactly match, as well as the hardwood floors. So now the house has 4 large bedrooms with a bathroom for each one, and is on a 30x30 lot. Once again, there's No CC.

The house can sleep up to and was made for 8 sims. The driveway and garage together can fit up to 5 parking spaces, but I have placed 2. Since the house takes up really all of the lot, if you want a larger back yard just place it on a 30x40 lot (shorter side touching the street).
