Gaines-Selene Warehouse

Selene is an adventurous and outgoing burlesque dancer.

Gaines is a (Glasswalker) NY businessman who has no problem flaunting his wealth.

What happens when an an admitted Victoria-phile, meets a reclusive, spoiled simollionaire who is all about clean lines, glass, chrome, and high tech?

They buy a warehouse, have it gutted and completely renovated. Victorian meets Modern.

For most of the warehouse, Gaines let Selene decorate as she pleased, but he did stake out a few areas of his own, namely a small corner in the living area and the first floor for his offices and a robot manufacturing area.

I made this for a friend of mine. Its based on the warehouse a couple of our characters had renovated. Selene loves everything Victorian and Gaines is a (Glasswalker) NY businessman who has no problem flaunting his money, and he has more money than he could ever spend in one life time. Gaines actually opened a computer repair shop on the first floor of the warehouse, but Sims doesn't have that option, so I just left an empty room down stairs, leaving you the choice of whether or not to turn it into a home business or anything else you'd care to put there.

I play tested this lot. Everything works as it should. However, the gardener might or might not be able to do all of the yardwork in one round. The amount of shrubs he wasn't able to finish was about 8. If you hire a gardener there will be minimal yardwork to keep up. I suggest waiting until later in the first week to hire a gardener, let the shrubs bet bushy and call late in the evening so the gardener will show up first thing in the morning.

There is room in the back for a small garden or greenhouse or play area

Rooftop:
There is a roof top patio with a grill, a bar and two seating areas.
A telescope (so Selene can look at the stars)

Second Floor:
A patio with a hot tub
2 bedrooms (1 is a master bedroom with private bath)
2 bathrooms
Formal dining room
Kitchen
Breakfast nook
Livingroom with tv and a computer
Formal livingroom

First Floor:
Robot crafting station
Offices with a bar and a seating area

This lot has more CC than I have ever used before.
