Hey all, I'm back with yet another house! Woo! It's on a similar lot size to many of my larger houses. It's on a 50X40. I want to try a 60X60 sometime, but somehow that dozen or so extra squares makes it increasingly more difficult!

I'm not really sure what to say about this house exactly... Well, it is one of my split level houses. There is two and a half floors, and they're all split up with the foundations in the middle. This house has so many balconies it's not funny! All the bedrooms have access to a balcony. One even has a hot tub on it (as well as one on the ground floor). There are four balconies.



First floor:

family room
living room
kitchen/dining/bar
grill on seperate porch
hot tub/pool
garage
bathroom

Second floor:

3 bedrooms (one for a kid)
3 bathrooms
laundry room (gotta give something for the maid/butler/plumbot to do!)
study

Third floor:

game room (could be converted into something else if you'd like)
