After starting a new game, I also wanted a new CAS that reflected my game style a little more.
It was made using Numenors AnyGameStarter without Seasons and Pets. So your Sims will neither freeze, nor will random stray stroll around your CAS. I playtested it in my game and it works just fine for me.
Installation: Put in your Downloads folder. You may only have one custom CAS installed at a time!
Required Content: You'll need Windkeepers Empty CAS screen for your CAS to look exactly as pictured.
