First of all, this is neither a lighthouse nor a greenhouse, it's a residential lot somewhat light and partially green.
I found a nice place for it in Sunset Valley - between Maywood Glen and Bunches' residence (it's Maywood lane, 18, I think).

Features
  • 1-2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, garden, improved plumbing.
  • Flat lot 20*30
  • Furnished: 78 788 simoleons.
  • Unfurnished: 47 727 simoleons.
  • Hidden laundry baskets. They sank into furniture with moveobjects, but still accessible. Just click on washing machine to collect dirty clothes from all over the house, and sims will get them from everywhere.
  • Piano thingy tested, as well as pretty much everything.

Requirements
  • No custom or store content.
  • Game version 1.66 or near might be required.
  • Lot should still be functional without some of the EPs and/or SPs.

    DETAILS:
  • Ambitions: windows, arches, doors, laundry stuff, decor, blinds, cupboard.
  • Generations: windows, shelves, decor, painting, curtains, food processor, dresser.
  • Supernatural: beehives, paintings, honey, mushrooms, elixirs.
  • World Adventures: flowers, chests, nectar, photo (fake music book).
  • Late Night: lamp, piano, TV.
  • Pets: painting and other decor, lamp.
  • Master Suite Stuff: towels, candles, dresser, mirror, curtain, flowers, decor.
  • High-End Loft Stuff: bathtub, aquarium.
  • University Life: basket.
  • Showtime: only bed.
  • Fast Lane Stuff: music records.
  • Outdoor Living Stuff: bowl of fruit.

Thank you!
