Villa Aquarelle - French for “Watercolour Villa”

SimReality presents a new abode that looks to paint the neighbourhood rainbow, 24/7.



Water, water and more water surrounds the majority of the house, forming a moat like swimming pool. As you walk into the house, a cosy little sitting room, complete with fireplace provide the perfect place for warming up on those cold desert nights or welcoming visitors.

At the back, an open plan, combined dance, dining and kitchen space make entertaining and parties a breeze. Serve drinks at the bar whilst cooking up a storm with the top quality GaggingSimneau and MiSimele kitchen appliances.

A large dance space means there’s plenty of room for everyone to shake their booty to the latest Taylor Swift or One Direction hit! Sit down and enjoy deliciously prepared culinary delights in the adjacent dining space whilst viewing the fountains light up the night!



Understated concrete flooring flows outside right to the edge of crystal clear water, with a wraparound terrace providing extra space for even the largest of jamborees!

Back inside and up the Jobi Wood stairs, a formal living space provide the perfect retreat from modern SimLife. A Simway and Sons onyx grand piano is well positioned to allow the sound of tickled ivories to suavely glide throughout the villa.

Two large bedrooms, complete with ensuite means there’s no need to fight over beds or loos! Each of the sleeping quarters provide a different and varied view of the lush surrounds.

Tucked away in a back corner is an office, allowing you to complete work in style. Whilst in the opposite corner, destress and tend to your plants in the garden centre.

Right below is a semi self contained pool house. Entering the pool house from above, an undercover outdoor terrace is separated from the main building by the pool, creating a Venice inspired scene. This empty space can be remodelled as a groovy Barbecue, workout or chill out area. The adjoining large bathroom is perfect for changing into the latest saucy swimwear. Complete with RFID enabled lockers, there’s no need to worry about your haute couture being stolen during your pool high jinks!

A bedroom off to the side is the perfect retreat for guests, the raging teen or artistic Sim. A back entrance provide an easy route to the lake and lush surrounds.



Unmissable and stunning water features complete the living space providing a stark contrast to the bluey blue water surrounding the house. Especially beautiful at night, the multicoloured water aerates the dark providing an amazing display of colour, giving the villa a vitality of it’s own.
