Hello Simmers.

After a long time, I'm back with another house.

Well, this is one of the most interesting projects I've ever made. First, because I had the challenge of not using CC (yes, I'm addicted to CC).
Second, it's a great house, and it really was a challenge to make it look good with only EA resources.

So, let's introduce it.

This is a two-floors house, with 3 bedrooms (one in the first floor and the others on the second);
OBS. The master bedroom has a private GYM!
A kitchen, a living room with a dinning room, a play room, a garage, a bathroom, and a sitting area on the second floor.

In the backs, we've got a big pool, and a barbecue place. We also have a playground for kids.
(You can also find a dog's place somewhere in the backs)

The house ins't that expansive, it only costs § 188.000 simoleons.
