Modern this, modern that, Modern Town, a 3 to 4 bedroom, 3 bath base game home with large outdoor living area on the second floor including storage room. Basement would make a great art studio, game room, media room, home gym, or fourth bedroom. It also includes a bathroom. Just as a disclaimer, I originally built a pool with this lot but unfortunately, the pool made the basement flood. I also don't think the basement can easily be converted to a functional garage unless you are comfortable (and patient) with constrainfloorelevation false cheat. All these disclaimers make this sound like a prescription drug commercial. Anyway, I did play test the house and it works fine! Maybe you want a house with a walk out basement. (You could easily switch the windows for doors in the front.) By the way, the lot was flat to begin with.
