Hello!

For this upload I wanted to do a starter home that your sims can move in to right from scratch.



Starter Box has all the necessary amenities, but not much else. As your sims begin to earn money there's lots of room for them to decorate.



I haven't used any CC for this home.

Starter Box consists of:

1 bedroom, 1 kitchen/dining/living area, 1 carport, 1 bathroom and 2 patios.

Furnished price: 16491
Unfurnished price: 13704
