Edit 9/26/2017: I forgot to add in a ceiling to the clubhouse, so there will be a new .zip attachment of the minor update, and I replaced a few screenshots to show improved lighting for especially the clubhouse and the stand-alone restrooms towards the front of the lot.

Maybe you're only interested in keeping up-to-date with your neighborhood's latest news and events. Then the Briar Sim Village Pool is the place to go!
This community lot is a replication of my neighborhood's public swimming pool, with the absence of the tennis court. Originally I was going to add two or three basketball courts since the game doesn't have tennis, but I left them out to avoid making the lot really wide.
The house towards the rear of the lot is the clubhouse. I built the interior as close as I can remember from old memory, since I haven't been there in years. I do recall the living space didn't have much furniture and there was a kitchen and two restrooms for each gender.
For the large parking lot, I'd recommend using MogHughson's "Park in the Car Park" and "Decorative Parking Spaces" mods to complete the appearance. Here are the links to both mods:
