A simple and affordable building with the basics to start your career as a veterinarian.

I have a vet Sim for the first time, and I would like to give her a cheap, affordable clinic.

This one is a little building in a small lot, some chairs and the reception desk are enough for now to receive the customers.
The clinic is fully equiped with all the items needed: an exam table, a surgery station and a medicine crafting table. There's also a WC for customers and staff.
I thought to build a staff room but it was pretty expensive for my cash, so I agreged a table and a fridge (and a coffee machine, I'm pretty coffeeholic at last ) in the "research room", (where the medicine crafting table is located).
Some cheap decorations and trash cans for the waste disposal requisite, and the vet clinic is ready to open for business.
