This is my second lot for my project "Let's modernize Willow Creek" that I am doing for my personal gameplay and for MTS. I know that modern isn't exactly fitting for Willow Creek but I like this style very much :lovestruc I already built a bar/cafe and I plan to build Library and one other lot for the community part of Willow Creek.

I think that this lot would be perfect for Newcrest, San Myshuno or even Oasis Spring as well. If you want to place it in the same spot as me, use the old Library spot in Willow Creek.



Download info: As any The Sims 4 Lots after unziping the files move all of the unzipped the items into your Tray folder, DO NOT put it in your Mods folder. You can also find this lot in the gallery under hashtag Izzinka or under my gallery ID: Izzinka

In this lot, I used this packs: Get Famous, Seasons, Pets, City Living, Get Together, Get to Woek, Strangeville, Parenthood, Vampires, Dine Out, Spa Day, Fitness SP, Vintage Glamour SP, Spooky SP, Cool Kitchen SP.

This lot will work fine for you if you DO NOT have Seasons, Get Together, Parenthood, Vampires, Vintage Glamour SP and Dine Out. I used only some deco items from them. From Get Famous only one item was used but it is door to the basement gym. (as James T. likes to say, you got the door, you got the gym so if you do not have Get Famous, you will have to replace them )


This lot has everything you need in a gym and Fitness Stuff pack is a must for this lot
In the basement, there is a gymnasium for basketball, locker rooms and toilets.



In the first floor is modern reception area with fridges from Get to Work as a replacement for food automats as we do not have them in the game just yet. There is also a room with climbing walls, changing room with toilets and two saunas.



The second floor is the main gym floor with lot of fitness "thingies" for your sims. (if you cannot tell, I am not exactly sporty person :D)



This lot is fully play tested. *No sims were killed in the process of testing this lot...* .... no really, R.I.P. Nancy Landgraab, but who knew that toilets doors have to be in only on direction... I did not anyway, now it is fully functional and corrected, no sim will die from being locked in locker room. Only if you over work them


Lastly, I am very sorry for my English, it is not my native language and even if I study English as my major at Uni I am still very unsure in my writing (or speaking, really).
