Someone suggested that my rich hipster photographer Sim should live in a cardboard box...so here's a simply furnished, modern build, without any custom content. Enjoy!

There are two versions of this build:
  • Original - Uses items from various expansion and game packs, but no custom content
  • Base Game Only - No expansion packs, game packs, or custom content
