Default Longer pregnancy mod
I would like some help finding a longer pregnancy mod. In my sim world, 12 days equals 1 year, so I would like the total sim pregnancy length to be 9 days.

I have been searching on this site and others to find a longer pregnancy mod, and posters have been told to either use Sim blender to suspend pregnancy or download and existing pregnancy mod and edit it in SimPe.

I don't want to use simblender because I want the pregnancy length for all sims to be 9 days. I would love to be able pregnancy length in simpe, but I have not found any tutorials or instructions om how to do so. I have also run into the same issue with trying to make semester length longer.

Does anyone know of any longer pregnancy mods that would fit my needs or would be able to point me to a tutorial to do so in SimPe?

Thank you.

Hey, I happen to have a pregnancy length mod myself (although no longer used) which I tweaked to fit in with my aging mod of the time (now discontinued in favour of Almighty Hat's version).

Anyway, it's very simple to edit the BCON involved. Simply download any pregnancy length mod you like, open it in SimPE and alter the three lines marked as follows:
Pregnancy - Hours Till Showing
Pregnancy - Hours Till Full Show
Pregnancy - Hours Till Birth

Use the box marked Dec (decimal) to put in the number of hours - so in your case the figures would need to be this:
Pregnancy - Hours Till Showing = 72
Pregnancy - Hours Till Full Show = 144
Pregnancy - Hours Till Birth = 216
Press "Commit", then "Save".

That will make all pregnancies in game last the full 9 days with each trimester being correct.

No need to use my full name, "Selly" will do just fine.

Thank you. I downloaded a 5 day pregnancy mod, but every time that I attempt to open the mod in SimPe, nothing is showing up. I am not sure how to access the mod to edit.

I've always used HW's 5-Day pregnancy mod and I didn't like it much since my sims had 2X-LifeSpan. I always wanted my sims to be preggers for at least 9-Days and thanks to you it's finally happening!
