Offspring originated from a FourPlex patio house I initially built. It was a monster and I don't like playing apartments, but I really liked the layout so I decided to rebuild the unit as a stand-alone house. So let's get to know her a bit . . . through the front door, walk into a brightly lit sitting room, a perfect spot to enjoy a good book or a pleasant visit with a friend.
