I don't bother with the hobby system introduced in FreeTime, personally. I find its features quite annoying and I was sick of seeing those useless (to me) "Tinker" interactions on objects so I made this.

This mod simply hides the "Tinker" interaction found on electronics, appliances and plumbing. I edited twelve different "Interaction - Tinker - TEST" BHAVs found in Groups 0x7FEABABA, 0x7FE69E23, 0x7FE46FA5, 0x7FE1C9FB, 0x7FBBE64F, 0x7F9BFA55, 0x7F9AB517, 0x7F92832C, 0x7F6E333B, 0x7F4F06CA, 0x7F2CB38C and 0x7F15FF26. Any other mod that utilizes these BHAVs will conflict.

Your Sims can still gain tinkering enthusiasm by doing things like restoring the One Man's Junk Car or using The "Non-Deadly" Robot Crafting Station, they just won't be able to tinker with household objects anymore. Also, this should work with all objects, Maxis and custom, and it's obviously only relevant to you if you have the FreeTime expansion.
