Hey guys! After a long time away from here I decided to go back and this time I brought this very cozy and comfortable house for a sim who lives alone or a couple who don't think about having children for a moment. With only 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, this house has a breathtaking living room, a very bright and equipped kitchen, a balcony with a barbecue and on the upper part some armchairs for you to relax with friends while drinking some good drinks. I hope you enjoy the house to the fullest, it was the first one in years, I hope I haven't lost my way.
