Hi everyone!
I am happy to share with you my neighborhood - Summerville.


Summerville is a small, peaceful town, located on the seafront, surrounded by breathtaking mountains.
Seemingly, life flows slowly here, the sims seem to be happy and enjoy the beauty of nearby nature.
But is it really so colourful and carefree? What secrets are hidden behind closed doors?


  • The neighborhood is checked by Hood Checker, all families have extensive genealogical trees, descriptions, biographies, photos in the albums, memories and are genetically correct.
  • Time is the same in every family. It starts on Friday at 7 AM, on the first day of summer.
  • The lots are small, so even a weak computer should be able to handle it.
  • The neighborhood also contains townies created by me.
