Welcome to The Odeon Bistro NY.

This is kind of a strange lot, I have it placed on two different locations in my game since the bottom floor is a restaurant that I DO want to use but the other three floors are apartments that I ALSO want to use LOL.
Since there is no way in game to have an apartmentbuilding that also has a functional restaurant this was the only way I could figure out how to make it. It is up to you how you want to play the lot. It is zoned as a commercial lot and restaurant so that you can use the bistro as intended.
However there are six apartements on this lot to although I couldn´t zone them as apartments since the game won´t allow it. If you want to use it just for the apartments and keep the restaurant as a "shared" space you can just rezone it to residential rental and convert the apartments into units. It´s up to you

The apartments only have the basics as walls,floors, bathrooms and kitchens but the restaurant is fully furnished with a dining room, large bar, lounge, kitchen, freezer room and a separate room for the dishes

I wanted it to look realistic and since the lot is supposed to be in NY I added a subway station below that can be accessed from the street. There isn´t much to do there except a few vending machines but maby you can find a way to use it

I do not use CC in my lots unless stated so this is a clean lot.
