It has 10 bedrooms, 8 smaller ones, 2 bigger ones because your own sim deserves better.

I used the ultimate collection so I marked all expansion sets but you could use this with just the basegame and university too, there will be a few things that need to be replaced. (The closets, trees, desks, radio, some couches, and beds etc. for example. The basketball court, sauna, and soccer goal are from other packs too but you could change that in an outdoor hang area. The sims don't seem to use it on their own anyway.)
The left upper bedroom (from frontview) is personalised with Teen stuff. The upper left room from topview is more personalised for fashion. All the rooms are a bit different but I didn't add too much detail.
There is enough in it so that your sims would never have to leave this place.

Things changed after the screenshots were taken:
-The wall with the telescopes is removed, it didn't function. The look is still the same as I added the doorframes back.
-I removed the group activity game next to the tv on the ground floor.
-I removed the teddy bear in the library because my sim could not use it.

This is my first upload here, but I'm already building another dorm
