UPDATE:
It has been added to the zip file, more combination options. I took the precaution of creating a list of options to avoid conflicts between packages that share the same resources for you.
The original is Option A (C+E).
Option B - Only 3 fixed eyebrows for T-A-YA-E
Option C - Unisex T-YA-A-E with 3 Unisex fixed T-A-YA-E
Option D - Only eyebrows shared between Toddlers and Children
Option E - Only eyebrows shared between Toddlers and Children, with 2 of them also for T-YA-A-E
Option F - Only 2 unisex eyebrows from toddler and child for T-YA-A-E
Option G - B+D
Option H - B+E
Option I - B+F
Option J - C+D
Option K - C+F


While organizing some items in EA's CAS, I was thinking about how male eyebrows would look on females and vice versa. Now we have more amazing options to choose from the menu . Now, each age group has twice as many options.

I noticed that there were 3 types of eyebrows that didn't appear for 4 age groups (teen, young adult, adult, and elder) simultaneously. I fixed that.
Only 1 child eyebrow and 1 toddler eyebrow looked good on the other age groups because of the (lack of) arches. Now you can choose between 2 petite eyebrows ৻( •̀ ᗜ •́ ৻).
The eyebrows used by teens, young adults, adults, and elders didn't look good on toddlers and children, and many featured too little space above the eyes.
Toddler eyebrows looked good on children and vice versa.

Therefore, teens, young adults, adults, and elders share the same matching set of eyebrows, all unisex. 1 child eyebrow and 1 toddler eyebrow have been added to this set.

The toddlers and children share the same set of eyebrows now, all unisex.

All eyebrows were checked in the following clothing categories:
Naked, Everyday, Formalwear, Sleepwear, Swimwear, Athletic, Career, ValidForRandom.

The ones used by female teens, young adults, adults, and elders also included ValidForMaternity.

In the zip file, you will find a package with all the changes included.

Installation:
The file only overrides EA resources, so you can install it into The Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages\.
