Unité d'habitation - Classe 17 (in English, Class 17 Habitation Unit is a 15-story brutalist inspired apartment building for TS2, comprising a total of 9 units that cover a wide range of budgets, from $750 to £3700, ranging from studio, mini studio duplex, one bedroom apartments of varied size and decor, 2 bedroom, one 4-bedroom "Roomie" economy unit, as well as the 3 bedroom luxury duplex, Unit 8.

Unité d'habitation - Classe 17 was budgeted by the Belladonna Cove council as a fast, modular way to build vertical housing for people of various social backgrounds. After an initial investment offer, the city concracted with French architects to respond to their current housing situation. 13 months later, the first brick was laid upon in Duality, one of the stranger Nightlife districts [in my universe] of Belladonna cove, a canyon of concrete where night is eternal and a pocket dimension behind the cove. [I plan to release more buildings from that neighborhood]

Inspired by the works of Le Corbusier and modern, drab, functional habitation projects, the design allowed for most units to organically have balconies, giving them paradoxically lots of light despite the black, blocky design that imposes its presence?




Some choose to rent out one of the more modest studios, that like other units, feature exquisite urban views with cascading balconies. The appeal of nightlife just around the corner helps cope with the limited space available in some our units.


Some afford to splurge weekly on our lavish duplex apartment, Unit 8. Only the finest marble used for the flooring, the fountain, and the credit card you use to pay for it.



When you're home from a long day at work, you can always wind down and forget about the grit of the downtown concrete by washing down that at the hotspring, hidden amongst the firs
