Bugfix for make silly face on mirror (gets sim in playful mood)

Upon launch adult and child sims could make silly faces in the mirror to get themselves in a playful mood. At some point this was changed, and the interaction only comes up when the sim is already in a playful mood, making the interaction useless. Even the tooltip still says: "gets Sims in a playful mood".

This mod removes the playful mood requirement.

When making silly faces, your sim will get in the playful mood.

Now it works in the same way as 'Psych Self Up' (Confident) and 'Freshen Up' (Flirty).

(Personally I use this mod all the time to get my child sims in a playful mood to play on the jungle gym and stomp playfully on splash pad to complete their aspirations).
