Tech data:
_ I got University EP. Anyway having or not, you can try.
_ Don't contain hacks. The lot was made using the moveobjects cheat.
_ I used the "Buyable Reward Object collections for University " collection packs made by twojeffs.
_There is a custom terrain color I made, which simulates 'savage herbs', embeded with the lot. I'll post it alone soon.
_The lot is a packed file. To install unzip and then execute.

Notes:
The house has an attic but sims can't go up. However, in a full lot is useful to store junks and stuff.

There are 2 gameplay problems for this lot:
-The sims moved there must stay cause when they move to another house, all in it is sold.
-Its cost is over 300.000 simoleons.

EDIT:
I noticed some unuseful lamps in the lot, so I deleted them. I uploaded again the file but is not a major problem. If you have the lot don't worry, just seek and sell them.

The families can be moved from the house, all buyable objects will be sold but the money trees don't. Only need to recompose their aspect.

I also added below 2 night snapshots.

WARNING: Yes, this one is a memory sucker due to the lights and shadows apparatus. Without a sim the lot runs smoothly, but with sims on it, in computers with low memory can run slow and depending the number you put in, crash your game. :fallen:

But can't do any harm to your PC.

Since I'm running and AMD Athlon XP 2200+, HD200Gb, 1Gb DDR RAM, I suggest you delete some money trees or exterior neon lamps (I used many of them. Every one has 3 on it), before move you sims in.
