I know this one has been done countless times, but I wanted to do my own. All changes to the vehicle are noted:
The paint is a similar shade to Plum Crazy. The grille has no custom chrome..it's just the radiator placed inside the grille shell (very common in this sort of car). The pin-striping has been removed. The valve covers, air cleaner, fuel tank, and header pipes have been anodized. The spark plug wires have been replaced with higher-grade wires, in yellow. The rims have been replaced. The interior and chassis are done in a violet shade. Body chrome, such as bed rails and door handles, have been anodized.
Some aspects of the vehicle don't look changed (headlight and taillight shrouds, some interior areas). I don't know why, as they were changed on the skin. The skin is still editable, so if anyone knows how to correct the problems, let me know. I may also change the tire tread later, and add a few graphics changes, but this one works as it is.

UPDATE: I know it didn't take long to change it, but here it is. Changes include:
Body chrome has been blackened. Fuel tank, chassis, headlight, and taillight bezels have been blackened. The rims have been changed (they fit better, but still look a bit odd). redline tires have been applied. A wood bed floor has been added. An emblem has been placed on the steering wheel.
