This is the no ep needed version of this other house http://www.modthesims2.com/showthre...0747#post880747
I did This house under request, for being no ep required, so it hasn't got a garage, but it has a free room that is the right dimesion of a garage, so NL users only have to add drivevway and garage door
the house has:
- kitchen
- dinidgroom
- livingroom
- 6 rooms (that you can use for wahtever you want)
- 5 bathrooms
- the fake garage room
all original maxis stuff + some walls and floors by me, no hacks
it's unfurnushed, costs about 40K
