No new meshes are required, as the shirt is a Maxis recolour.
I've made the top slightly higher necked than the original due to the fact that the cross applique on the front fell oddly otherwise.
The top appears rather enhanced as a result of the following default replacement: http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=54558
Many thanks to the original creator, Duddly, though I think I may have downloaded it packaged with another file.
