Shakespeare's Cottage - Requested Lot

This lot was built with University and Nightlife installed and I believe the doors/windows came with NL so keep that in mind.

(I just decorated this lot and pics are up on my website Shakespeares Cottage Furnished Pics. , could be handy if anyone needs some ideas. It was a bit difficult especially with appliances and stuff like that but I think it turned out ok thanks to all the talented meshmakers/recolourers in the community!)

***Description***

Made to satisfy (I hope) a request by Vanessa190371 in our very own lot request forum.

Its probably a little bigger than the real thing because I kept in mind Sim pathing and item placement limitations. I have left the interior in an undivided state to allow Vanessa to divide into rooms as she see fit =) Same with the rear yard area.

**Update**

A few people have been unable to install this lot using Sims2CleanPackInstaller or the Maxis installer, for some reason it just will not show up in their house catalog. Can't figure out why the data is very inconsistent! Anyway, I have a workaround for them hopefully and have uploaded it to my website here. Down ze bottom is a link to Manual Lot Install. I hope this fixes it for them =/
