This is a nice little house, perfect for a single gal or a couple just starting a family.
It has a fitted kitchen with dining area, and a complete bathroom, but other than that, it's unfurnished, except for the Maxis burglar alarm, phone and some lights.

2 Bedrooms, (one large, one smaller, but still big enough for a double bed)
Drive (space for 1vehicle only)
Small swimming pool
Fenced garden, mostly paved but has some fully stocked flowerbeds containing roses.

Because the lot contains a drive and some University kitchen objects, you will need both Uni and Nightlife expansion packs installed for this lot to show up properly.
