Crestwood: A single story Ranch on a 5x5 lot.

From the livingroom you have a nice view of the back deck and patio. The masterbedroom suite is roomy and features a private deck that leads to the pool. It also includes a private jacuzzi area and his and her baths.

The kitchen is large and makes preparing meals quick work. The breakfast nook makes it a snap to serve breakfast to the kids before school.

The formal dining area has space for a buffet. Convenient if you want to feed the nosy neighbors that come to welcome you to the neighborhood.

Finallly, two additional bedrooms share a full bath.

Feel free to use as you wish, however please don't upload to the Sims2 Exchange and don't put on a pay site. If you feel the urge you may site me as the creator but that's not necessary.
I'd love to see your photos of how you decorate the home. Right now it has that horrid Maxis wallpaper. Photos and a readme text explaining the interior are included in the zip.
