This the second of a series I'm calling Bougain Villas. This collection is inspired by the plot-and-plan homes being built in my home city.
Only recently did I discover the excellent tutorials on architecture, so I have applied some of the techniques here.

This house is Bougain Villa 2 on a 2x2 lot. It costs $32 394 and is partially furnished by maxis created content. Cars and topfloor furnishings not included. You need Nightlife to play this lot. (Uni is optional). Will probably work with OFB, but I don't have it yet, so let me know if there are any issues.
You can remove the furniture in free design mode before you move in a sim family to make the lot cheaper.
This home is totally hack free, as I created it on my husband's computer.

Top floor:
There is a loft room with bathroom. Sliding doors open up to a big balcony.
In the pictures I created a litle study at one end of the room.

Ground floor:
Front door opens into kitchen-foyer. There is a sunken living area (furmished), a dining area and
guest bathroom. House is built on a foundation. Garage is attached to the house and access is via
a door from the dining-living area. There is a Cape-style covered patio. The driveway is covered by a wooden dome pergoda.
