Seventies Blue Mountain is another Australian inspired home. This one dates back to the seventies era with retro'ish decor! Also I've tried to dipict the end of winter when everything is beginning to thaw, up in The Blue Mountains, hence the icy or snowy groundcover.

Cost, just under $224,000

2x Bedrooms plus a nursery

1x Bathroom plus an Ensuite

This home has a Formal lounge room, with a cosy wood fire. Off this is the family room where the whole family can participate in games, playing piano, or just watching tv. Behind the family room is the dining room and the kitchen. The master bedroom is tastefully decorated and also has a mirrored dressing area, not to forget to mention the ensuite. Warm and cozy childrens bedroom, and a seperate nursery. Double garage, but one side of garage has been taken up by a pool table and a card table. Out the back of the home is a georgous undercover outdoor entertaining area, with a pot belly stove to warm everyone up when dining out there gets a bit nippy!! Beyond this is a hot tub for those sims who are game enough to brave the winter to use it!! A set of swings for the children completes the outdoor recreation area. Fully furnished and decorated, with a retro'ish style throughout. Landscaped as well, with a cooler theme. Two cars included.
