First of all I would like to thank you for the comments, thanks button
and generous ratings. I've been dowloading great stuff from MTS2 and now I think it's time to retribute, within my possibilities. 
There's one thing that I need to say, though. I've already seen one of my lots in another site (I only upload on MTS2). That's Ok, the lots can be shared with another gamers, BUT they can't be uploaded in paid sites. I DO NOT give permission for that, because it's not the goal of my work. Also, if you upload in another free site, the least you can do is to put a link back to this forum, right? I think MTS2 deserves that.
Also, it must be said that without the generosity of all the guys mentioned in the Credits, this lot (and the others before) simply wouldn't be possible. The Maxis stuff is very expensive, and the final lot (considering its size) wouldn't be affordable. I'm sure the creators of the CCs - who let us share their work - wouldn't agree to have their stuff distributed in paid sites.
The 2x2 lot I'd like to share today is my first real Starter (unlike Compact IV, which is unfurnished). It costs 19.989 simoleons. You'll note, though, that it's poorly furnished (only the absolute essential cheaper stuff), but there's a reason for that. I assume that your sims will prosper in their careers and will soon be able to buy better stuff - and the lot is ready for that, because it's big enough for a regular family. Besides, there's a space ready for a Home Business, as you can see in the pics below. These are the main characteristics:
. It's a two story lot, which is preferable for most of the gamers.
. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living, office (computer/reading room), kitchen, TV Room, biiig terrace and a home business area with bathroom.
. You can easily transform the home business' roof in an extension of the terrace (as they're only separated by a fence).
. I left room enough for a driveway, if you want a garage later.
