Request: [NEW MESH] Gerard Way's Red Shirt+Vest (Adult Male)

This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.
This is a request from Psychostick_MCRchik. Its supposed to be the red shirt and the vest Gerard Way wears during live concerts. The mesh is made by me and the texture is just a recolor of maxis's texture.
