Shakira inspired Skirt

I saw this Beautiful Dress on shakira's site and thought it was impossible not to skin!
It is not a full outfit, just a skirt it was IMPOSSIBLE to skin it as a full outfit.
You dont need a mesh as it is an OFB mesh.
Feel free to use in MTS2 or personal site uploads , But absoloutly no pay or subscription sites, if i see them on a pay site : I kill you!
