This house was a lot to put together. It was requested by Downloader21682xxx. I hope you all like it.

I accidentally deleted the mailbox before uploading, therefore not allowing Sims to be played on this lot. So here is where you can download a replacement mailbox.

Just put it in your collections folder and place it on the lot before moving sims in. Then move them in, and you're good to go!!!
