Here is a small adobe house on a 2 x 2 lot. It is fully furnished, with one
bedroom, one bath, and a large kitchen / living area. There is a chess table
in the garden, a bookshelf, an easel, and a radio for body building.

Once your sim has more money, you can add a staircase to the roof. Then
that can be used as living space as well.

This barely scrapes in under $20,000. If you need a little extra money, sell
the tree before you move your sim in. This will reduce the price by $260.

The only thing I don’t like, is that the counters look slightly strange under
the windows. You can see this in the close up photo. However, I like that
style of window with an adobe house. Obviously you can change to a
different style of window, if you like.

You can download the house in nice, neutral beige, or pink. And it's really
pink. When I make something pink, I mean business.

The pink is slightly cheaper, at $19,890. How can you resist?

This house has a little shaping at the roofline and along the wall. If you
would like to learn how to do this, the wall was shaped using this tutorial:

These are my tutorials, and I'm trying to trick you into reading them! No,
seriously, I learned these techniques from reading other, more complex
tutorials. I decided to make some small tutorials covering just these specific
types of projects.
