This is a variation on another house I built, 23 chicky street, which itself was a request. This one I actually built first, a few months ago, and I decided to go back and finish it up correctly...I wish that my pics more accurately showed how beautiful it is, but cameras can only capture so much. It's built on a 5x5 lot and costs a little over $270,000. It has 3 bedrooms, one of them actually the Master Suite; and 2.5 baths - one of those actually the decadent Master Bath area. It was a LOT of work I truly hope you enjoy it, and the recolors I included.

Important Notes about Plants

- I recommend getting the "plants require no upkeep" mod from here
- If you have a slower system you might want to delete a lot of the plants - so many of them can make the game lag. (tip: press and hold the delete key while you click away on them)
