This is a rural "workingman's cottage" based on a mid-late 19th century sketch/1st floor plan I found in a book. This type of home traditionally had 1.5 stories, but I don't know how to make half-stories (if even possible). Therefore, this one has two. I made it for a Victorian-themed neighborhood I'm working on. (I want lower-class housing, not just a bunch of Queen Anne mansions!) It has a bit of a revamped look, since I had to use more modern-looking cheap walls/floor to stay within budget.

- Lot Size: 2x3
- Cost: $19,956
- Unfurnished (Screenshots showing Sims/furniture are just from when I was playtesting)
- Has 2 phones, 2 burglar alarms, 1 smoke alarm
- No hacks/custom content
- I used boolprop to create the stairs to the 2nd floor.
- 1st floor: entry hall, living room/parlor, kitchen, bathroom, dining
- 2nd floor: hallway, master bed/bath, smaller bed/bath
- The tiny enclosure in the center of the floor plan is just to box in the chimney if you put a fireplace at that spot.
- Bedrooms fit double beds.
- Has room for a driveway on the left side & outdoor/backyard stuff.
- I have FFS so it's possible I used some walls/floors from it (I can't tell what came with what EP/SP). I did a test upload at the exchange and it said it required all 3 EPs & FFS.

This was tough to keep under $20K because I wanted something roomy, but *sigh of relief* I got it done (again. 1st version was rejected since I had no clue that some types of landscaping wouldn't raise the lot price..lol).

This is my first upload. Enjoy!
