It is two recolor special buckets set for your garden by [email protected] - toilet (small) and sink (big). It is nur recolor - original objects by [email protected] is here - http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=91677 To find these in the game required download objects-mesh by [email protected] and find his sink and toilet on picture in catalog section "Plumbing"
