Lunch Server Disposes of Unguarded Homework

This just hit me one day as a neat way to cut down on assignment litter in dorms, which causes sims to venture around the dorms to find free tables. The cafeteria worker, in addition to cleaning finished dishes will toss out assignments. They will wait till the assignment's owner has left the room, though.
