With the master suite, bath, walk in closet the large livingroom, kitchen and dining area all on the first floor.
The second floor with two more bedrooms another bath and sitting room what more could you ask for?
Well how about a personal lake, hot tub and a lagre wrap-around deck with
alot of trees and windows the only thing missing is a loving Sim couple to buy it.

I have University/Nightlife installed and have tested it with no problems.
I used only Maxis content with no hacks.
