This is a new mesh recolour, and means that you will need to download the particular mesh itself in order for this to show up in your game. See the Meshes Needed section or read the text for more information.
I've been playing around with recoloring for awhile, and finally got something I felt was good enough to share. These are four gowns that I did based on Shannara's Arwen mesh (not included). The mesh is available in any of the women's gowns packs in this thread.
