Good for Halloween or vampires!
Aside from the fact that this tub fills with blood red liquid rather than water, it's just a regular bath tub.
I did consider messing with BHAVs and making it replenish energy rather than hygiene, or adding days to your sim’s life, but I that would probably just be annoying after a while, so I'll leave that to someone more awesome than me (*cough*Pescado*cough*).

This is a completely stand-alone object. It's cloned from the colonial bath tub, which I assume came with the base game and should therefore not require any EPs. It has it's own unique registered GUIDs so it should not overwrite anything else.
This tub is not affected by Targa's transparent water mod (on the adult site), but does not conflict with it (all your other waters will stay transparent).

For those of you who have only vampiric or other weird sims, try my global bathwater replacement in stead. That one affects all tubs in the game (and most custom tubs). I imagine that can get a bit annoying in the long run.
Bubble baths look a bit weird with red water, but I decided against disabling it. If it does bother you greatly you can download one of the bubble replacements in the above link (red, pink or invisible), or just don’t take bubble baths.

I'll include this since I took the bother of writing it down once:
