I've decided to build this one with a little bit of everything added to it.
3 Bedrooms
3 Baths
Lot Size: 5X5
Cost: $131.344
Partialy Furnished
Master Bedroom
Large Livingroom
Kitchen
Small Diningroom
Office
Breakfast nook / Sun room
Outside their is a
Gazebo
Hot Tub
Pool with Large Patio area
Private Sitting area and Pond
I have University/Nightlife installed and have tested it with no problems.
I used only Maxis content with no hacks.
