A home for the sim guys

I was asked by a friend to send her this home. I love to use this for my manly sims who enjoy a garage with toys to help skill mechanical, fun stuff and comfortable. When I decorate this home, I use alot of custom furniture and cannot pass them on but I hope you could decorate with some of the coolest stuff, just for the guys.
This house was cleaned with the Clean Installer before uploading.

Brick and Aluminum siding on foundation
Can have 3 bedrooms, if you eliminate the tv room and the study
2 baths
basement
attached garage and drive way (short drive piece)
pool
open plan, kitchen, dining, livingroom

on 2X3 lot, 112,600 simoleons
fully furnished

My sim has a dog and a cat in this house so plenty of room for pets.
My friend don't have pets, so I made sure not to use anything from that ep.

Install Instructions

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

• You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
