As I played a medieval neighbourhood I saw that I needed a starter, not a straw hut but a little castle for a couple of noble baronnets.

Ground floor the young knight on his throne receive the churls. First floor there are the complete bathroom, a kicthen for newbies and the bedroom. The 2nd level il those of the terrasse with a barbecue and of the furnished living room. There is also the flag terrasse but my new Sims are unable to buy this expensive ensign (they are numerous... you will choose your own ).
