If you live in St. petersburg you might notice this house because the government is having this same house built in alot of small lots. Any way the price of the house is $18,548. It looks big, but is actually a 20 by 40 lot. I left it empty because I figured you will already have custom floors, walls and furniture that you would rather have. It has a small porch in front. It has a sliding glass door out back. I added a door to the side of the garage for easy access. If I furnished this house you know that it has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a kitchen and a living room and a den/ study. Oh and there is no custom content.
